She has a proven track record for testing and implementing process improvements using analysis and data-driven decisions.

 

 She is the Vice President of Marketing at Emerson for Professional Tools (RIDGID & Greenlee brands). She has worked at Emerson for 16+ years, including different business units and various functions.

 

She is very passionate about all things related to goals, marketing and career development. 

 

She is a slow jogger🏃‍♀️, podcast nerd 🎧 and a fan of champagne🍾. Heather has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She lives in St. Louis with her husband and 2 sons.
